Accessing Your Orders

If you have registered an Account and placed an Order, your Order Status can be found in your Order History Page: link.

 

Order Processing Time & Tracking Numbers

Orders containing In-Stock items it will take 1-2 Business Days for processing before a tracking number is generated. When immediately receiving a tracking number, please allow until end of business day or next business day before tracking number shows an update.

An item can be In-stock at time of purchase, but can be confirmed as out-of-stock. In the event of out-of-stock items, our Support Team will immediately contact customers within 1 Business Day with a status, ETA, and/or options on moving forward.

"AT" / ASSEMBLY ITEMS (Built-to-Order Battery Packs)

Assembly Items (or items built-to-order) have a standard 3-7 Business Day lead time before the item ships. This lead time is separate from processing and shipping time.

For Order processing efficiency, we will pre-print shipping labels before production on the Order starts. A printed label does not guarantee it will not ship the next business day.

For Orders with quantities of 50 or more, the lead time may take longer than 7 Business Days.

For larger purchases we recommend customers to contact our Support for more accurate lead time estimates if you have a firm deadline.

Expedited shipping does not affect the lead time. Any cancellation or return request for made-to-order items will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. Most of the fee is for the labor/costs to create the custom (built-to-order) battery pack. We still have have 90-Day Warranty on custom battery packs; any returns due to a defect will be heavily evaluated to make sure the battery pack, and not the customer's devices, are performing within the specs noted on our listings.
